Where we ship

We ship across Canada.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12:00 ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

Rates and delivery estimates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of the order.

1 to 5 business days after shipping for most Canadian addresses. Remote and northern addresses take longer. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it has been 4 business days with no tracking update, email jason@eliteedgenutrition.ca and we will chase it.

Storage and handling

Some products are heat sensitive. In summer we ship early in the week where we can, so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend.

Lost or damaged orders

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email jason@eliteedgenutrition.ca with your order number and photos of the packaging. We will file the carrier claim and replace or refund the order.
